Mind The Dot - 21Grams D&AD Campaign

About

We have developed a campaign that shifts public perception of vaccines by making the invisible spread of measles noticeable and visible. Using the disease’s characteristic red rash as a graphic device, the infection is represented by red dots across everyday environments, showing how quickly measles can spread when vaccination rates decline. Grounded in recent outbreaks in Enfield, the campaign creates a strong local relevance. Through bold posters and interactive sticker placements, red dots appear in public spaces, turning an unseen risk into something immediate and visible. By sparking awareness and conversation, the campaign aims to build confidence in vaccines and encourage positive action. Collaboration project with Isabelle Lau, Bianca Vieira Leite, Sophie Passaretta and the help of our tutor Bianca-Maria Mitu
